AMAZING MEDALLIONS

Each Medallion is an oval of fine hardwood 2-1/4” by 1-1/2” by 3/16” thick.  Along with tung oil, each medallion is finished with frankincense oil, which is believed to have health benefits, increase spiritual awareness and deepen meditation. The symbol of your choice generates additional beneficial energies.  The personalization options of specific (or whatever the Universe thinks you need the most of at this time) and harmonizing are recommended.  Available with a black cotton slip string cord to wear around your neck or as a key chain.

If you meditate, try our visualization method using one of our Medallions:  Make sure you are hydrated, sit in a comfortable position (such as on one of our energized mediation stools) and give yourself enough time to become quiet.  Breathe in and out slowly and fully through your nose throughout the meditation.  Hold or wear a medallion and visualize its symbol in your mind’s eye (the Sun/Plant symbol is highly recommended for meditations).  If your mind wanders, slowly bring it back to the visualization of the symbol.  A minimum of 20 minutes of meditation a day is suggested.
